Who we are
This website is run by TruFlo Holdings LLC, a holding company based in Lincoln, Nebraska. When this policy says "we," "us," or "our," it means TruFlo Holdings LLC. You can reach us any time at team@trufloholdings.com.
What this policy covers
This policy covers trufloholdings.com only. Each of our operating companies has its own website, and that site's own policies apply when you use it:

What we collect
This site has no forms, no accounts, and no logins, so we collect very little:
- What you send us by email. If you email us, we get your name, email address, and whatever you choose to write.
- Basic, cookieless usage stats. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see things like which pages were viewed, the site that sent you here, your browser and device type, and your country. It doesn't build a profile of you and doesn't track you across other websites.
- Standard security logs. Our host, Cloudflare, keeps routine server logs (such as IP address and the time of a request) to keep the site running and protect it from abuse.
Cookies
This site doesn't set tracking or advertising cookies.
How we use it
- To reply to you.
- To run the site and keep it secure.
- To understand which pages are useful so we can improve them.
Who we share it with
We share information only with:
- The service providers that run this site and our email (Cloudflare and Google Workspace).
- Our operating companies, when your message is meant for one of them. For example, if you ask about direct mail, we'll pass your message to Miller Mailing.
- Law enforcement or others when the law requires it.
We don't sell or rent personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep emails as long as we need them for the conversation and for our business records. Analytics are reported in aggregate, not tied to individual people.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email team@trufloholdings.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we have. No website or email system is perfectly secure, but we take it seriously.
Children
This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent us personal information, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
