Code of Conduct
Last updated:
This code applies to the owners, employees, and contractors of TruFlo Holdings and every TruFlo company, including our Client Growth Consultants and sales reps. It also describes how we expect partners to work with us.
Why this exists
Our four values are long-term thinking, disciplined growth, authentic leadership, and service & impact. Values only count if they show up in how we act day to day. This code spells out what that looks like, so everyone who works with us knows what to expect and what's expected of them.
Honest selling
- No false promises, and no guaranteed results we can't back up.
- Explain pricing and contract terms clearly before anyone signs: how long it lasts, how to cancel, and what's included.
- No pressure tactics. A good fit doesn't need to be forced.
- Don't badmouth competitors. Win on our own work.
- If someone asks us to stop contacting them, we stop.
Doing the work right
- Deliver what we sold.
- If something is going to slip, say so early.
- Own mistakes and fix them.
Respect
No harassment, discrimination, or bullying, in person or online, toward teammates, clients, or the public. Treat every trade and every business owner with respect, whatever the size of their business.
Client and customer information
Client data, logins, ad accounts, files, and leads are confidential. Use them only for the work. Store them only in company systems (such as the TruFlo portal and CRM). Never share them, and never take them with you when you leave.
Conflicts of interest
Tell Asher or EJ if you have a personal stake in a deal, a vendor, or a competing business. Side work for a client's direct competitor needs to be cleared first.
Gifts
Small, occasional gifts are fine. Anything that could look like it buys a decision isn't.
Company tools and accounts
Company email, software, and AI tools are for company work. Don't put client data into personal accounts.
Representing TruFlo in public and online
Be the kind of person a client would want to hire. Don't speak for the company on sensitive topics without clearing it first. At Vertically Integrated events, and anywhere else we show up, we're hosts.
Community
Follow the law, pay what we owe, and give back where we can.
Speaking up
If something doesn't look right, raise it with Asher or EJ directly, or email team@trufloholdings.com. No one will face retaliation for raising a concern in good faith.
When the code is broken
Breaking this code has consequences, up to and including ending someone's employment or contract.
Reviews
